Does Barker Roofing charge me to work my Insurance Claim?

What types of Roofing materials does Barker Roofing use?
Barker Roofing prefers and recommmends the highly rated product called Atlas. We use there lifetime warranty dimentional shingles, which are reliable, durable, and long lasting as they handle winds upto 130mph and Summit 60 Synthetic Felt as it has proved to be a superior product.
What Warranties does Barker Roofing offer on materials and labor?
Barker Roofing offers a 5 year workmanship warranty on Labor and the Atlas Shingles offer a Lifetime Warranty.
Hours of Operation and Holiday Hours?
Barker Roofing is open 10am to 6pm Monday through Friday. We are not in the office on Saturday but we are available 10am to 4pm. Closed Sundays. Closed Christmas Eve and Christmas Day 2024.
What types of Payment Methods are Accepted?
At this time Barker Roofing accepts Cash, Checks, Cashapp, Credit Cards through finance company, Cashiers Check, and Financing through our lenders.
How long does the Installation take?
Installation can usually be done in a day, but it depends on the size, steepness, elevations, and weather. However; we will confirm with you ahead of time on the expected installation time frame.
Does Barker Roofing offer Financing?
Yes, Barker Roofing offers financing. We have a few different options for those who have low credit scores to those with higher scores. If you get turned down the first time you apply, give us a call. We have an alternative option for those who don't qualify through the application for financing. Most will qualify through the alternative if not through the application but it is not a guarentee and we can not promsie you to get financing. However; we get more people financed then the typical roofing companies.
How to tell if my roof has Storm Damage?
Want to know if you have Storm Damage, Give us a call to set up your FREE Inspection. We will come inspect your roof and give a report. If you have enough Storm Damage, we call the claim in with the homeowner present. If you do not have enough Storm Damage, we will give you our expert opinion and if replacement is needed a quote.
How do I know if I need a repair or replacement?

When do I make my first payment?
If it is insurance claim, than you pay Barker Roofing once you recieve the first check and then once we submit proof of completion, a 2nd check will be released and you can finalize payment once you recieve it. Out of pocket quotes, we ask for 30%-50% down to cover cost of materials, however Barker is negotiable depending on case to case basis and unless previously agreed on then final payment would be due when the roof is completed.
