INSURANCE CLAIMS

Insurance claims due to storm damage is our specialty. We work with all insurance companies and have a high success rate in full roof replacement’s. It is important to note that it is not a guarantee and if you get denied the first time do not get discouraged as we have experience in some cases getting it reversed. Initial Assessment of Roof

Roof Inspection Meeting

To get started make the call or complete of the forms provided on the services page. Once we recieve your information one of our trained professionals will come and perform a Free Inspection of your roof. Once we establish there is enough storm damage we call the claim in to your insurance.

Adjuster's Inspection

Adjuster inspection

Next the adjuster will call you to set up another inspection for the insurance to confirm damage. We ask to be notified to be present and ensure all damage is recorded.

Insurance Companies Determination

Insurance scope of loss

Once the adjuster has finished their report, they will email or mail you a "scope of loss". Once you recieve this, call us and we will review with you the next steps. Full replacement leads to new roof and repair has other options.

Replacement or Repair

Once we have established full replacment, we have you pick out the shingle color and agree on a builld date. If repair, depending on the type we would discuss next steps in pursuing the full replacement or perform repair.

Completion of Claim

Once the job has been completed, we send in proof to the insurance company with our final invoice for any items that was not present on scope or a P.W.I. item. Insurance will notify us once final check has been released and once balance is $0 we release your lifetime warranty and 5 year workmanship warranty.
